Items that are returned within 14 days of receiving the item qualify for a return. All returns will receive store credit only. After 14 days, we will not accept the item. If item is shipped to us outside the return window, you are responsible for shipping charges to return the item to you. No exceptions to our return policy!
Returns are not accepted for items with stains, cigarette smoke, signs of wear, perfume or any other damage. We reserve the right to refuse a return if we suspect an item has been worn, altered, or washed. We do not under any circumstances accept an item that has been washed. All returns will receive store credit. Please include original packing slip when sending back the return and tell us the reason you are returning the item.
If you need a different size in an item, send back the item to our warehouse address: 703 S Brookside Ct, Rogers, AR 72758. We will issue you store credit once we receive the item. You can purchase the additional size with the store credit. We will not pay for shipping of an item that you ordered in the wrong size.
Items not accepted for return: Jewelry, Hats, Sunglasses, Headbands or hair accessories, leggings, holiday items or sale items of any kind.
Once you have placed an order, it takes approximately 2-5 days for processing before shipping out your item. We offer free shipping on ALL orders within the US. We will ship anywhere in the world; however, extra charges apply. Please contact us if you need us to rush your delivery (extra charges apply).
The Pink Buffalo, LLC. is not responsible for lost/stolen or damaged packages. Once shipped, USPS is responsible. If you received confirmation that an order was delivered but did not receive the item, contact your local post office.

If you received an item that was found to be damaged, torn, stained, you MUST notify The Pink Buffalo via email: email@example.com within 2 days of receiving the item. You must include a photo of the damaged merchandise in your email. Emails without photos will not be accepted.
Items washed do not qualify for returns. Items bought in the wrong size or color are your responsibility and you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for another size/color.
